NAHO MATSUDA

Stanley Picker Creators Academy

2016

Onkar Kular’s SPCA is a project examining creative working environments and coworking spaces; their branding, ethos, aesthetic and politics. Alongside the spatial organisation of labour, creative work organisations often run events programmes for the purpose of general inspiration and staff development. The SPCA reflects this with its own ‘carefully curated programme’ to host a series of public activities; including talks, yoga classes and various networking opportunities.

Working with Onkar on his Stanley Picker Fellowship, I carried out research, fieldwork, archiving and produced the graphic identity for the exhibition.
